Sprayers — BADILLI CX

Model CX can be equipped with:

- 12 and 15 X booms that open hydraulically, lift hydraulically and are leveled according to the principle of springs

- 18 In booms that open hydraulically, lift hydraulically and have a hydraulic leveling lock (under the designation DU)

The standard equipment of all booms consists of triplex nozzle supports, spaced at 50 cm, which house Lechler plastic nozzles (ST 110-02, ST 110-03, ST 110-04). As additional equipment, we offer a large selection of Lechler nozzles with and without a ceramic insert, nozzles designed for wind treatment ID, universal nozzles IDK, nozzles with a double jet IDK T, and the latest generation of asymmetric nozzles IDTA.

In addition to the main tank, which exists in variants of 800, 1000 and 1200 liters, the sprayer is equipped as standard with an additional tank for rinsing the main tank, a tank for washing hands, as well as a container for preparing chemistry (mixer container) with a packaging rinser.

The sprayers are equipped with pumps with 4 membranes, namely:

- B-105 (models 12 and 15 X) with a maximum pressure of up to 50 bar and a maximum flow of up to 105 liters per minute

- B-160 (model 18 U) with a maximum pressure of up to 50 bar and a maximum flow of up to 160 liters per minute

The sprayers are standardly equipped with a BDL-105 regulator with 5 outlets and with a maximum pressure of up to 50 bar and a maximum flow of up to 130 liters per minute.

As additional equipment, we offer ARAG regulators in the following variants:

- The regulator that allows the main spray valve to be turned ON/OFF from the tractor cabin and regulates the pressure.

- The regulator that allows the main sprayer ON/OFF valve as well as sections (5) to be turned on and off from the tractor cab and regulates the pressure.

- Automatic spray regulation - BRAVO 180S computer for spraying.

The simplest and most affordable computer for sprayers and atomizers. By entering the norm, it takes control of the distributor and maintains the set norm. Automatic shut-off of spraying when the speed drops below a certain minimum. Visual and audible alarms. The displayed data are: rate, speed, pressure, flow, amount of water consumed, water level in the tank, sprayed area, duration of spraying, distance traveled. Comes complete with all cables and wheel mounted speed sensor.

As an additional equipment, we also offer a hydraulic distributor for opening the branches, which enables independent opening of the left and right sides (standard equipment for the model with 18 U booms).

The sprayers are supplied with a PTO shaft, a suction hose and manipulative wheels.
