Model HVM
The company, which is primarily engaged in the production of seed drills and includes 75,000 square meters of covered space for the production of machinery, as the largest manufacturer, brings us the pneumatic seed drill Ozduman model HVM. This seeder in standard equipment has seed feeders and that famous "high" seeding device which is popularly known as "inaccurate". However, after many tests done in the fields, we can freely say that the term "tall" seeder is a complete myth, and these seeders show exceptional precision in operation, both Turkish and Western with the same characteristics. What distinguishes this product from the others is the application of new and old technologies according to the "if it works, don't change it" method, so all the best options are available to our farmers, starting from the drive wheel shock absorber and ending with the seed remover.
What we were the first to say a long time ago, sowing is the only operation that cannot be repeated. The key is to do the sowing carefully and with adequate equipment, and this seeder certainly does that and meets all the criteria of both western farmers and local farmers.
See the technical specification below, as well as the standard equipment, and if you have additional questions, do not hesitate to call us.
This type of seeder is suitable for sowing in all conditions, especially on rocky soil. Cast coulters are made of special steel that will not wear easily.
Seme prijanja na disk uz efekat vakuma. Na ovaj način omogućeno je da zalepljeno seme padne na otvorenu liniju na željenom međurednom rastojanju.
A shock absorber located on the drive wheels that allows better "copying" of the terrain so that the seeder gets the smooth drive of the wheels needed to transmit the torque to the gearbox.
Different types and varieties of seeds that you will sow require different pressure values. If you do not set this pressure value well, some problems occur. If you set a low vacuum value, you may experience problems such as failure of the seed to stick to the disc, or if the vacuum value is too high, the disc may stick to the seal due to overload and cause the travel wheels to spin poorly. To make this value visible, a vacuum gauge is placed on the fan.
